Terms of Use

These Terms apply to the StudyPulse website (https://eklavya.live) and the StudyPulse Android app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The Service is meant for school students of Class 5 to 10 and their parents/guardians. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

• Give correct information when you register and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us at support@eklavya.live if you think someone else is using your account.

You agree not to:

• post anything abusive, hateful, obscene, misleading or unlawful in doubts, chat or uploads;
• share, copy, record, sell or republish lessons, notes, tests or other content outside the Service;
• try to access other users' accounts or data, or disrupt or attack the Service;
• use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Lessons, videos, notes, tests and other material on the Service belong to StudyPulse or its content partners and are provided for your personal, non-commercial study only. Content you submit (such as doubts and answers) remains yours, but you allow us to store and display it as needed to run the Service.

All StudyPulse courses and learning content are free. There are no purchases or payments on the Service.

Some features use third-party services, such as YouTube for video lessons. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

You can delete your account at any time — see the Delete Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

We work hard to keep content accurate and the Service available, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access or particular exam results. To the extent permitted by law, StudyPulse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
